A pre-doctoral researcher position is offered to carry out research activities within the EMPOWERALL project.

The selected candidate will primarily be based at the Cantoblanco campus, with occasional activities at other university campuses as required.

Travel may be required nationally and internationally for project meetings, workshops, conferences, fieldwork, and collaborative events.

Partial remote and flexible working arrangements may be available in line with institutional policies and project requirements.

Requirements

• Education : Master's degree (or equivalent) in Agroecology, Food Systems, Rural Development, Sustainability Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge & Skills : Knowledge of agroecological principles; Experience with systemic approaches and participatory research methods.
