Postdoctoral Researcher (MBA & DBA Programmes)

We are currently partnering with a reputable academic institution seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to support and strengthen their MBA and DBA Research Portfolio .

This role combines hands-on academic supervision with programme co-ordination , making it ideal for a highly driven research professional passionate about postgraduate and doctoral education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide MBA students with dissertations and research projects
• Provide support on research methodology (qualitative & quantitative)
• Assist with proposal development, data analysis, and final submissions
• Co-ordinate DBA programme activities and research processes
• Liaise with students, supervisors, and faculty
• Monitor research progress and ensure academic timelines are met
