Senior Manager, Research and Development (Bakery/Food)

A leading Consumer Products manufacturer is seeking a Senior Manager of Research and Development in Texas. This role will lead a technical team focused on new product development and scale-up, cost optimization initiatives, and operational support. The position is also responsible for enhancing existing products and driving continuous improvement projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead technical activities to advance multiple projects simultaneously through the Stage Gate commercialization process, balancing risk, operational constraints, and cost.
