Research and Development (R&D) Officer

Supports product innovation and technology transfer activities, including product profile and taste replication, raw material and supplier development, and store procedure standardization. This role also assists in monitoring food and packaging costs, coordinating quality control activities for franchised brand incubation, and maintaining proper documentation of product standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
