Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and forecast exercise
• Monitor and prepare monthly financial performance and analyze it against budget
• Monitor working capital cashflow and cost control
• Oversee and manage overall finance and accounting function
• Manage banking annual financial audit VAT and CT filing
• Supervise and train finance department staff

Qualifications

• CA/CFA or equivalent degree in finance and accounting field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience in the shipping industry (GCC / UAE experience preferred)
• Good Knowledge of UAE CT VAT Laws
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
