SECAD Partnership CLG is a Local Development Company based in Cork that delivers a range of rural development and social inclusion programmes including Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP), Asylum, Migration Integration Fund (AMIF), Community Connections Project, LEADER 2023-2027, Rural Social Scheme, Tús and others.

SECAD delivers SICAP in the South Cork area which includes towns of Youghal, Midleton, Cobh, Carrigaline, Macroom, Millstreet and parts of Gaeltacht Mhuscrai. Through this training programme SECA...
