As a Representative – Inside Sales, you will interact with existing customers, primarily by phone, in person and by email, to grow sales of the company’s industrial safety products, PPE, and related services. You will build strong customer relationships by identifying needs, recommending safety solutions, up-selling products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In collaboration with outside sales teams, you will help support customer accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure workplace safety solutions align with customer requirements and compliance standards.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Obtains orders through email and telephone calls, verifies and enters items, transfers orders to fulfillment, explains stock-outs and expected delivery dates.
