As part of the Customer Success team, you will manage each stage of the client onboarding journey, enhancing both client relationships and operational efficiencies. Your ability to communicate clearly and understand complex technical aspects will directly contribute to our clients’ success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to implementation
• Conduct platform training sessions and create documentation
• Troubleshoot platform issues collaboratively
