Rents Analyst (Lease Administration) Job description: A Rents Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing lease contracts. This includes reviewing contracts, tracking lease payments, updating lease records, and handling contract changes.
Key Responsibilities - Follow up received invoices, contracts, record amounts of recurring and extraordinary charges, as well as whenever a significant discrepancy is found, analyze and identify where it comes from, request evidence and follow up to clarify differences.
- Ensure that the amounts of rent, services and other expenses related to the lease are correct and recorded in a timely manner.
- Collection, analysis and monitoring of financial documents and contracts.
