Depending on your experience and location, you could be placed at Hyde Park, Fourways, Midrand, Randburg, Bedfordview, or our East Rand Rentals team. You'll manage the full letting process, from sourcing rental stock and conducting viewings to vetting tenants and negotiating leases. That means screening tenants through TPN, drawing up compliant lease agreements, and keeping landlords and tenants informed every step of the way. You'll handle property inspections (move in, move out, and periodic checks), keep your paperwork in order, and make sure everything stays aligned with the Rental Housing Act.
