Overview
As a Renewal Specialist, your mission is to ensure our existing customers stay with us long-term. While the Sales team focuses on winning new business, you focus on protecting and growing our current revenue. You will manage the entire contract renewal cycle, ensuring customers continue to see value in our services and choose to renew their partnerships year after year.
Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Proactively track upcoming contract expiration dates and initiate the renewal process 60–90 days in advance.
- Customer Retention: Reach out to existing clients to discuss their experience, address any concerns, and confirm their intent to renew.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle the nitty-gritty of renewal contracts, including pricing updates, terms and conditions, and any service adjustments.
