About the Role
The Renewal Specialist manages software maintenance and subscription renewals, ensuring customers renew their contracts on time. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to provide a smooth renewal process, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the software renewal business, ensuring timely and successful renewals of subscriptions, maintenance, and annual recurring revenue contracts.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to maximize renewal rate, retention, and recurring revenue.
- Forecast renewal pipelines accurately and track performance against targets.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high‑value renewal accounts.
- Proactively engage customers ahead of renewal cycles to understand usage, satisfaction, and risk indicators.
