Renewable Energy Performance Engineer in Training I – Calgary, AB, Canada.

What You Will Do

• Support performance analytics, testing, and uprate validation for wind/solar assets.
• Advance data platforms to deliver fast, accurate performance and resource insights.
• Partner with industry stakeholders and internal teams to improve equipment performance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts and support consultants on performance programs.
• Plan and validate performance improvements through project management support.
• Standardize and automate reporting, documentation, and analytics processes.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 0–2 years of previous related experience.
• Passionate for renewables and strong willingness to learn.
