This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely billing of completed transport jobs by validating supporting documents such as Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), and consignment notes, while applying the correct freight charges and billing instructions. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience supporting Australian transport or logistics operations, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
