Lead a team of junior, mid and senior level cloud engineers through technology transformation and organization renewal
Organize a structure for the Cloud Operations team to handle daily tasks around operations & observability, as well as keep long-term initiatives like datacenters migration on-track
Establish a practice on following and improving cloud cost ratio and recurring gross margin
MUST HAVE
Three years o r more working experience with Microsoft Azure
E xperience in Azure cost & billing management , including but not limited to tagging or resources, vm right sizing, etc.
Experience in data center vendor management, including contract negotiations
Drive to strive for better always while acknowledging that sometimes finished is better than perfect
Working e xperience in operating and designing monitoring and observability tools
