You will monitor alerts and logs, respond to incidents, and enhance SOC processes while collaborating with clients and engineering teams. The position mandates an engineering degree, strong knowledge of networks, and communication skills in English and Spanish.

We provide a full remote role with a competitive salary and night shift work hours from 11 PM to 8 AM.
