Appointment Setter (Backer)



We’re looking for a confident and persuasive communicator who enjoys connecting with people and turning conversations into opportunities. As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential clients—building interest, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments that lead to strong client relationships.



What you’ll do:



Call and follow up with leads to set appointments

Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospects

Use scripts to present offers and handle objections effectively

Update CRM records after each interaction

Manage and coordinate appointment schedules



What we’re looking for:



Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable making calls and following structured scripts

Excellent listening and customer service skills

Motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented
