Our UK-based client, a leading e-commerce business specialising in pottery and ceramics, is looking for an experienced Remote Sales Consultant (Inbound and Outbound) to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience or knowledge in the pottery and ceramics industry will be highly advantageous, but is not essential. This is a fully remote position requiring a professional home office setup, reliable internet connectivity, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements
1–2 years' experience in inbound and/or outbound sales, customer service, or a similar sales-focused role.
Based in South Africa.
Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
