Position Details

• Part-time position (20hours per week)
• Salary: $12-14/hour

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day project management across all active marketing deliverables
• Task assignment and output oversight for two marketing VAs
• Compliance routing — every piece of content that requires review is submitted on time, to the right contact, with zero last-minute scrambles
• Maintaining a clean, current project tracker where every deliverable has a status, an owner, and a due date
• Weekly sync or live status updates covering what shipped, what's in progress, and what's blocked
• Proactive escalation of blockers and capacity issues before they become problems
• Documenting processes and SOPs as the department grows
• Direct experience managing at least two remote contractors or employees — their output was your responsibility
• Fluency with ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Notion, ...
