Location: Remote, must be based in Latin America and work on EST/CST

We’re seeking a collaborative, automation-first SDET (Java) to embed within agile Scrum teams. You’ll join a lean, high-impact QA Center of Excellence focused on building a fully automated, risk-based testing strategy. This is not a “heads-down testing” role—you’ll contribute to building frameworks, mentoring team members, and advancing the maturity of our Automated QA practice.

• Build and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Postman
• Create and execute service layer and UI tests in fast-paced, CI/CD environments
• Own testing for app and service layers across enterprise systems
• Coach team members and share best practices across QA pods
