E-Merge is looking for a Head of Platform Engineering to take ownership of infrastructure and lead a high-performing team. This hands-on leadership role will involve defining architecture, establishing standards, and scaling production AWS environments.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years in platform engineering, with strong AWS and Kubernetes expertise, and the ability to work with AI-assisted tooling. This is a remote long-term contract position offering R900 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
