Job Description
This large global hotel chain needs a Product Manager who is customer/user focused and is extremely technical. They currently have a marketing CMS that they have built on top of AEM (moving away from AEM), replacing the back end with AWS. This product is more customer/user focused, the data that goes in goes out to be serviced to the guest. Users are corporate marketing CRM teams/content operations that go into the tool, managing content within there. Product design, product engineering, product management. Half of the role is supporting back end piece/personalization, and half will be supporting the product in the lifecycle of development. Help define taxonomy around mechanics. There are all of these new systems coming into the ecosystem, how does it scale to support new types of content. Cross functional within and outside of MarTech.
