We are seeking a remote, commission-based Customer Success Advisor to deliver consultative client service while progressing on a structured Agency Builder track toward leadership and residual income.
Position summary: This role combines prospecting, client education, policy placement, and ongoing portfolio servicing. The position is suitable for candidates who hold life and/or health licenses as well as those new to the industry; licensing guidance, structured onboarding, and ongoing training are provided.
