Our Client is an AV-rated law firm, who is seeking a sophisticated Lateral Attorney with 5-7+ years of experience in corporate and business law with exposure in real estate law to join our growing Business and Real Estate Law practice group in Dayton, Ohio. Lead drafting and negotiation of asset/stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, and divestitures for a diverse client base.

Corporate Governance: Advise boards and executives on compliance issues and assist with drafting and interpreting company policies.

Commercial Contracts: Act as outside general counsel for clients, reviewing and negotiating nosiness contracts, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts.
