Key Responsibilities
Support Crew Records modernization by articulating business value, risks of inaction, and phased modernization options.Partner with business and technology leaders to drive decisions on modernization direction and next steps.Develop executive‑ready materials (PowerPoint) for governance forums, leadership reviews, and decision points.Help establish and maintain Jira dashboards, roadmaps, and lightweight delivery tracking.Assist with governance processes, intake, prioritization, and status reporting.Collaborate with procurement to evaluate vendors, platforms, and “puzzle pieces” that could form the foundation of the future Crew Records ecosystem.Act as a connector across teams — tr...
