Your Role
As an AU Building Structures Engineer , you are responsible for:
Maintained and organized project files, document registers, and shared drives in accordance with company filing systems and document control protocols.
Prepared meeting agendas, recorded minutes, tracked action items, and coordinated meetings, site visits, project milestones, and team calendars.
Supported project tracking, fee schedule administration, invoice preparation, and data management using Zoho One.
Assisted in reviewing requests for quotations and preparing fee proposals.
