Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking for a Reliability Tech C1 D Shift (8pm-8am) to maintain and ensure capacity of equipment assets in assigned areas of responsibility that impact optimal efficiencies at lowest reasonable cost, while developing and leading associates within the reliability group.
