Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops

Orchestrate cross-team dependencies, risk management (ROAM), and impediment resolution

Ensure predictable delivery of digital products through effective cadence and flow management

Track and report ART-level KPIs (velocity trends, predictability, quality, flow metrics)

Partner with Product Management, Architects, and Business Owners to align priorities and execution

Coach Scrum Masters and teams on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices
