Key Responsibilities

• Generate life insurance business through the assigned bank branches.


• Build strong relationships with bank employees and customers.


• Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.


• Conduct customer meetings and assist in policy closure.


• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.


• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Finance, or CASA Sales.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.


• Willing to travel within the assigned location if required.
