Relationship Manager – Development Finance

Our client is a well-established and award winning bank who are keen to appoint an experienced Relationship Manager within their Development Finance team.

The successful candidate will;

* Build, manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of high‑value landlords.

* Provide consistent, proactive support, engaging around maturities, refinancing, additional borrowing and key portfolio events.

* Conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews, considering all loans secured on properties.

* Use maturity insights to identify and recommend opportunities to migrate lending from competitors.

* Work with Operations to deliver efficient, coordinated customer journeys.

* Identify wider opportunities across residential and commercial development, referring to Development Finance where appropriate.
