Conduct customer profitability analysis and formulate account strategies in collaboration with product specialists for both existing and prospective clients. Implement account plans, including cross-selling initiatives or exit strategies where appropriate.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all inquiries related to credit, deposits, and other banking products and services, including operational matters.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and Heads of HR.
Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential prospects, engaging through various communication channels and visits, and ensuring compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements and due diligence during onboarding.
