Key Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated and performance-oriented Loan Business Relationship Manager (LBRM) to expand our SME financing portfolio through new client acquisition and relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, evaluating financing needs, and managing client relationships throughout the entire lending lifecycle.
- Identify and engage SME businesses seeking unsecured working capital financing solutions.
- Develop and sustain a healthy sales pipeline through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, and strategic business partnerships.
- Perform initial credit evaluations by reviewing financial statements, bank records, and ACRA reports.
