Job Purpose:

Responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing the relationships with clients seeking home finance and mortgages. The role involves understanding clients needs, recommending suitable mortgage solutions, ensuring high-quality service, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Accountabilities

Customer Service:

• Acquire new to bank/ potential customer for Retail real estate finance / mortgages via daily sales calls and visits.
• Customer complaint resolution through proactive customer service.
• Develop relationship with target Channels: developers, real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, government entities, and overall business channel.

Relationship Identification:
