This is not a cold-calling role. Qualified leads are generated through marketing activities. The role focuses on relationship building, consultations, site visits, and customer conversion.
Responsibilities
- Attend and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule and conduct Google Meet consultations.
- Explain project features, benefits, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Follow up consistently until decision-making stage.
- Maintain CRM updates and customer records.
- Coordinate with management during the sales process.
- Facilitate smooth customer onboarding after booking.
