Key Responsibilities
Supervise reinforcement and rebar installation activities on site.
Read and interpret reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
Allocate work and monitor the performance of reinforcement crews.
Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and quality standards.
Maintain safety procedures and site discipline.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other construction teams.
Monitor material usage and report work progress.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Reinforcement Chargehand, Rebar Foreman, or Reinforcement Foreman.
Strong knowledge of reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.
Experience leading and supervising reinforcement teams.
