Rehabilitation-PT Activities Coordinator - Per Diem
IMPORTANT NOTE: In lieu of benefits due to per diem status, 15% will be added to the hourly rate. Per diem employees are offered work on an as-needed basis.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation of the activity program by planning and reviewing the resident's activity calendar; this includes assessing interest, response and outcomes documented in the progress notes.
