Regulatory Coordinator
This role is at the heart of keeping products compliant, accurate, and ready for market. The Regulatory Coordinator ensures alignment with local, national, and global regulations while supporting both internal teams and customer needs.
You’ll own key regulatory workflows, manage critical documentation, and collaborate across Legal, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to help bring safe, compliant products to market within the flavor and fragrance space.
What You’ll Do

+ Coordinate and prioritize regulatory requests, ensuring timely, accurate responses across teams and customers

+ Manage the regulatory inbox—triaging inquiries and routing them to the right stakeholders

+ Support customer portal activity, delivering clear updates and maintaining strong communication

+ Partner with Legal to maintain and track Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
