Regulatory Affairs Manager

The Regulatory Affairs Manager monitors and interprets policy, regulation and market rules to keep projects and operations compliant. He/she will advise senior management on regulatory risk and strategy, by representing the company´s interests in all relevant decision‑making forums.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret laws, regulations, market rules and policy instruments that affect renewable generation, storage and associated infrastructure (national, regional and local).
• Lead the regulatory team within the company, and guarantee correct and fluent communication of updates and their consequences to the management team, as well as the affected team members.
• Maintain continuous dialogue with HQ to communicate regulatory changes in Spain, their impact on the company, and the company’s position or opinion during public consultations.
