About the Program

Our Mobile Mental Health Team provides non-crisis, short-term care to individuals aged 16+ transitioning between acute episodes and long-term support. Services are primarily delivered in clients’ homes, with flexibility to meet in public spaces (e.g., libraries, community centers) or virtually, based on client preference. We serve Huron and Perth Counties.
