Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on nursing care, including medication administration and wound care
• Conduct health assessments and assist in developing personalized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards

Qualifications

• Current RPN license in valuable standing with the CNO
• Experience in retirement or long‑term care preferred
• Solid clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
