The Team Leader (TL) for the OR Service Line in Surgery hasresponsibilities for a dynamic functional area of patient services and mustcollaborate with others to achieve strategic objectives and unit-based goals.The TL is responsible for providing overall coordination, direction, andstrategic planning, for the OR Service Line. The TL works closely with all surgeons and surgical staff to develop processesto meet the Instrument and Inventory needs of the physicians and surgical staffto ensure safe and quality delivery of care to our patient customers while inthe surgical environment. The TL also works closely with the Medical,Anesthesia, and Surgery Directors to establish the systems and structuresneeded to support the delivery of quality patient care.
