Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Registered Nurse for their Mauston, WI location. Responsibilities:

+ The Nursing Home Registered Nurse position assists with day-to-day nursing activities. This is an important role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare.

+ Timely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident condition

+ Complete all applicable resident assessments

+ Complete medication administration while following the 5 Rights

+ Perform wound care and assessments as needed

+ Assist CNAs with answering call lights

+ Monitor residents for changes in condition

+ Act as leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed

+ Report any allegations of abuse, neglect or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator
