Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect information from various sources using observation, communication, data review and physical assessment; make nursing diagnoses and determine appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with patients and families to develop, implement and modify care plans, encouraging family participation and ensuring respect for patient rights and autonomy.
