Community Options, Inc.  is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.  We are now hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse  in Austin , TX . The Registered Nurse delivers care to individuals with disabilities in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.   *This is an On-call Position   Responsibilities

• Provide treatment and health care procedures ordered by a physician and required by the standards of professional practice or law
• Ensure individuals attend medical appointments per their Individual Support Plan (ISP)
• Advise supervisor of all concerns and issues related to the provision of nursing services
