Registered Nurse (RN) Quality
Southwoods Health is hiring an RN in our Quality Department. This individual will assist in a variety of quality improvement initiatives, assessments and reviews. They will also enforce and integrate Joint Commission, ODH, CMS, OSHA, etc., standards to improve accreditation/regulatory outcomes. This individual will also assist with data entry and patient outreach related to the American Joint Replacement Registry. They will also be responsible for completing OPPE and FPPE for providers. Additional duties will include investigating incident reports, patient grievances, and other duties as assigned. Must be a RN with active license in the State of Ohio, Bachelor of Science in nursing (preferred).
Full-time. Monday-Friday dayshift.
