Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) - in-home Hospice contract opportunity supporting patients in Green Bay WI.

• 40-hour guarantee


• Hospice RN ON CALL:7 on and 7 OFF


• Must have at least 12 months of hospice experience within the past 3 years.


• HCHB  experience required.


• ON CALL:  Monday thru Thursday 5pm to 8am and then Friday 5pm to Monday 8am...2nd nurse also on call during weekends.
  
  Area of coverage is Green Bay and outlying communities.

Pay:

• $52/hr Local pay package


• $18/hr + 34/hr combined Travel package (as qualified)


• Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel (home to home)

Contract Details:
