Registered Nurse – Neurology Stepdown

Schedule: 3x12.0 Rotating Shift Schedule - Weekends, Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• RN License (New York)
• Two (2) years of experience
• BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
• Telemetry experience
• Stepdown/PCU experience
• High acuity stroke and neurosurgery experience
• ACLS Certification (preferred)
• NIHSS Certification (preferred)
• Experience with neuro checks, EVDs, lumbar drains, sub-dural drains, 3%NS and cardene drips, arterial lines, carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm coil/clips, DBS insertion, VP shunts, and seizure management.
