The Center for Digestive Endoscopy's dedicated staff has helped thousands in the Orlando community since opening its doors in 2002. The outpatient, state-of-the-art endoscopic facility specializes in colon cancer screening and diseases involving the digestive tract. We are currently searching for a Fulltime Registered Nurse to work in the Preop/Postop area - Either Four 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday with a start time of 6:00am or Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts with a start time of 6:00am. This nurse needs to be able to work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks.
Major responsibilities include:
Prepare patients for their procedures - preop.
Provide care for patients in recovery.
Actively participates in all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement activities.
