Summary The Milwaukee VA Medical Center is looking for a Nursing Professional Development Practitioner (NPDP) in the Nursing Education, Research, and Simulation Division. The NPDP-RN is a specialized role that optimizing Veteran outcomes through facilitation of the professional development and growth of nurses and other healthcare personnel along the continuum from novice to expert. Responsibilities The NPDP follows the Association of Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) Scope and Standards of Practice.
