**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

The Medical Unit at St. Catherine Hospital specializes in general medical and surgical patient care and is a 48-bed unit. We treat adult patients that are 16 years and older needing medical or surgical intervention with no overflow from other departments. We are a desirable department because we value teamwork and collaboration. Patient safety and experience is a priority as well as employee job satisfaction. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will assume responsibility and accountability for:
